Digital universal X-ray apparatus, in addition to standard images, enables fluoroscopy examinations (diascopy) during which internal organ condition monitored in real time on screen, especially if contrast applied helping better differentiate internal organs from each other, thus obtaining better and higher quality analysis of obtained information. CT Scanner Working Principle
The CT device operates based on the attenuation and weakening of X-ray beams passing through the scanned body part. After passing through various organ tissues, the weakened radiation strikes detectors that convert it into electrical signals proportional to the object’s attenuation.
From multiple projections created during rotation of the X-ray tube and detectors, complex mathematical algorithms reconstruct the object’s image using computer processing. The resulting image displays as a visual record on the CT computer monitor.
